All The Roads Always Lead to You - Mykola

NEW SINGLE FROM MYKOLA – “ALWAYS LEAD TO YOU” – HERE’S WHAT WE THINK

Heading across the pond from RGM Headquarters and to New York City! Mykola releases his newest track “Always Lead To You” on the 7th November.

The single artwork offers a moody-looking Mykola with a sultry tone about them, with ripples of red creasing through the photo, it’s quite intriguing, but it didn’t quite match the mood to the song, in my opinion at least, here’s what I thought…

It doesn’t waste any time in getting started, but whilst the artwork is nonchalant and alluring, the track itself is more of a dance track and quite upbeat – I wouldn’t have put the artwork with this kind of track, but it’s still cool.

The vocals pierce through the backing track brilliantly, especially considering that there’s alot going on in the background, plenty of backing vocals, tempo changes and switch-up’s, you won’t be bored listening to it, just because there are lots of twists and turns to keep you hooked.

If anything for me, there is a bit too much going on, but the lyrics do sink into the track, there is a lot of depth to them, as they’re relatable and talks of things that most people will have gone through when dating or admiring someone.

The song is a tad too long for me, but that’s just my personal opinion, I think it could have done with being around the two and a half minute mark, just because of it’s upbeat funky backing track, but it still works as it is.

Overall, it’s relatable, punchy and it keeps you guessing, and it does keep you hooked in because of this, a well-mastered track with a lot of emotional depth.
