Louder Than Now is the title track for the upcoming album, written by Nick Shane in late 2024 as part of his eight-studio album Louder Than Now.
Written about the rise of fascism in the UK, declaring that “they stop the boats while dropping bombs with God on their side”. Written mainly around subjects like racism, capitalism and austerity.
Performed by Nick Shane (lead vocals, guitars), Ed Muirhead (organs), James Miller (saxophone), Billy Caldwell (drums), Rue Cooper and Jodie Rae (backing vocals). Produced by Stuart Hanna at Stage 2000 Studios, Dundee. Artwork by Fife-based artist Eilidh Gover. Louder Than Now releases
