Hi Darrian. What made you decide that music is a thing for you?

  • Ever since I can remember I knew I wanted to make music. I started playing guitar when I was 7 years old after begging my parents to buy me one. I’ve been playing ever since!!

Introduce us to you all and your musical history.

  • I started playing guitar at a young age which quickly transpired into other instruments such as piano, bass, and drums. I always knew I wanted to be an artist, but didn’t officially start taking it seriously until 2020 during Covid where I learned to produce my own songs! I’ve been releasing music now since 2021.

What was life like for you before music?

  • I’ve never felt whole until really going for this whole music thing 🙂

What was the first song you heard that steered you into a music path?

  • Probably Sk8er Boi by Avril Lavigne

Where do you feel you currently sit within the music industry?

  • I feel like I’m in a really good place with the music industry right now. Still independent and ready to take on the world!

What’s the biggest thing you have learned from someone else in the industry?

  • Stop trying to be something and do something!

Tell us Two truths and a lie about you.

  • I’m a highland dancer, I hate dogs, and I love to watch hockey

If you could wish for one thing to aid your career what would it be?

  • A big break would be nice haha

Do you ever worry about people taking things the wrong way or cancel culture? Discuss….

  • Definitely in this day and age. I feel like people aren’t allowed to learn from their mistakes anymore (from what I see online), they are just straight up cancelled and banned from redeeming themselves.

Do you sign up to any conspiracy theories? If not why not?

  • Aliens exist.

What was the worst experience on stage?

  • Not the worst experience, but my first festival performance I forgot to turn on both my guitar and in-ear monitors for the first song haha.

Tell us something about you that you think people would be surprised about.

  • I write and produce all of my own songs!

What are the next steps you plan to take as a band to reach the next level?

  • Consistency in releasing music and continually driving on social media.

I hear you have a new music, what can you tell us about it.

  • “Villain” is my latest single that shows you a raw and introspective journey through themes of self-discovery and defiance. I embrace being the “bad guy” in a world full of hero’s.

What was the recording process like?

  • Super quick! I wrote the song on my floor with just an amp and my electric guitar. I then produced it but sat on it for a few months to make sure it was perfect.

What was the biggest learning curve in writing the new tunes?

  • I find whenever I write a song

Would you change anything now it’s finished?

  • Nooooo!

Is there anything else you would like to share with the world?

  • Keep being yourself and good things will come! Don’t be afraid to go after it, you only get one life.
