Hiya SOULFIXER, thanks for joining us in the virtual RGM lounge today. Grab a brew and take a seat.
What made you decide that music is a thing for you?
Thanks for receivIng me. Basically implement skills and create with them.
Introduce us to you all and your musical history.
Oh well, very fun stuff in a relaxed atmosphere made of good music, fashion, adventures, beautiful people, spectacular vehicles… I’ve always been a fan of tolerance.
What’s the live music scene like in Larino right now? Anyone we should be looking out for (bar you, of course)?
In Larino live a great circle of musicians. In the night, a lot of people go to the pub to see bands, play and drink, even cover bands, a lot in the surrounding area too. You know, is my home and i love it.
I’ve seen a lot of people struggling for support recently online. What’s your view on the industry?
It is the mentality of the people that must be change, not the industry.
Where do you feel you currently sit within the music industry?
I don’t know Carl, I’m just trying to flow.
Tell us two truths and a lie about you.
I always find the picks I lose
There are no picks in my house
At home I have a Gibson Les Paul with carbon fiber inlays.
Do you ever worry about people taking things the wrong way or cancel culture? Discuss….
This mistake has always been made. but we have all it takes to put an end to all this. With the purest knowledge.
Do you sign up to any conspiracy theories? If not, why not?
Hell yeah, I got drunk one night and accidentally founded the sacred order of enlightened groundhogs!
What was your best experience on stage?
At the music school performance.
What was your worst experience on stage?
I’ve always preferred not to play than to make a bad impression in reality.
Tell us something about you member that you think people would be surprised about.
I love skateboarding.
What are the next steps you plan to take as a band to reach the next level?
Have some fun.
I hear you have new music. What can you tell us about it?
As I said every time I try to solidify my knowledge and flow. I’ve used a vst of a tenor sax to play the bass. It’s a slowed track. I am the singer. Something like that.
What was the recording process like?
One word, workflow. The better this process is, the better the execution will come out. Sometimes equipment that is too complex reduces the workflow for example.
What was the biggest learning curve in writing the new tunes?
Definitely stay for three years under a music publisher with an A&R consultant.
Would you change anything now it’s finished?
I’m happy with this!
Is there anything else you would like to share with the world?
Rock’n roll!
