It’s RGM video premiere time, today we have the new video from Alwyn Morrison and their new video The City
Here are a few words about the video, enjoy!👊
In the heart of New York City, where dreams collide with reality, singer-songwriter Alwyn Morrison crafts stories of resilience, heartbreak, and unwavering hope. His debut single “The City” isn’t just another song about New York – it’s a raw, electric testament to the universal experience of belonging and displacement that defines life in any metropolis that holds both our dreams and our demons.
Morrison’s journey to musicianship is as authentic as his lyrics. From playing xylophone in his school orchestra to serenading with a tambourine in college, music has been the constant thread weaving through his life. While his early career saw him behind the scenes as a music journalist – interviewing luminaries like Grammy-winner Esperanza Spalding and superproducer Jack Antonoff – it was personal hardship that ultimately pushed him from observer to creator.
