It’s another RGM video premiere, today we have the new video from Faint Line and their new video Dorothy.
Here are a few words about the video, enjoy!👊
Leeds-based indie duo, Faint Line, unveils a captivating music video that takes you on a journey back to the 80’s. Collaborating with the talented Moose Lorals – the dynamic team of Declan and Mike – the band crafts a visual treat that encapsulates the era when music videos were in their infancy.
Shot at the renowned Eiger Studios Leeds, the video is filmed in the classic 4:3 aspect ratio, adding to the vintage feel. Every frame of the video radiates an aesthetic reminiscent of the iconic Blondie videos from the late 70’s and early 80’s. The deliberate choice to capture the essence of the beginning days of music videos reflects the band’s profound appreciation for that pivotal period in music history.
“The entire video process was a dive into nostalgia,” shares the band. “Working with Moose Lorals was an absolute joy, and the way they’ve managed to visually represent our sound is just fantastic. We’re thrilled with how the video showcases our music and brings ‘Dorothy’ to life.”
Lush with evocative imagery, the video is set primarily within Eiger studios – specifically their studio and control room, providing a raw and intimate look into the band’s creative process and capturing the authenticity of their sound.
