Exciting new electronic live band Octavia Freud and the Weird Sisters have released a brand new music video to go with their latest single, ‘Long Live The King’.
The music video has anti-hero Macbeth cast as nightclub owner, drug dealer and murderer. His ambitions to be the new King of Manchester depend on him outwitting and murdering his crime boss Duncan so he can take over his club with his ambitious acid house DJ wife Lady M.
The single is taken from their critically acclaimed debut album, Mancbeth which updates Shakespeare’s Macbeth tragedy 400 years by setting events in an early 90’s Manchester nightclub.
Tickets for the Mancbeth launch night are available at bandonthewall.org and www.skiddle.com
