It’s RGM video premiere time, today we have the new video from The Radio Addicts and their new video Before My Eyes.

The video will be premiered at 3pm on Christmas Day 2025 as an alternative to The King’s Speech for the next generation of indie rock and roll fans to have a moment for themselves on Christmas Day. Turn up the volume, throw your arms aloft and sing along with The Radio Addicts this Christmas and enjoy their second single, “Before My Eyes”.
The video was recorded on a freezing afternoon in November in The Radio Addicts hometown of Bolton and was created by the T-Level Media, Broadcast and Production students at The Manchester College. They came up with the video following the themes of the song; about time moving so fast before our eyes, fears of adult responsibilities, others having more fun, parental divorce and chasing your dreams! There are visual references to The Beatles and The Monkeys in the video as the band as a gang having fun around town, while the live scenes were recorded outside Bolton Town Hall and within a Bolton Council office building.
The song was originally released on 28th November 2025 and has had circa 7,000 streams at the time of publishing the video and has been played on radio stations all over the world, including America, Australia, New Zealand, Holland, Mexico and many others.
The Radio Addicts are playing with bands such as; Spangled, Crystal Tides, Alright and Revivalry in the first couple of months of 2026 and have a headliner at The Eagle Inn in Manchester / Salford on March 22nd which sold out within a week, five months before the show!

“It’s nostalgic, a little bit cathartic but primarily it’s a reflection on passing time, love, and the way life moves so fast, and we are at risk of missing the important things in life. It touches upon growing up, responsibilities, apprehensions, parental divorce, others having a better time than us, and most of all, the raw excitement of being young and chasing your dreams. Which is exactly what we are doing in The Radio Addicts! This band is all that matters to us, and we are chasing our dreams! If you have seen us live over the last 12 months or so, this song is usually the opener and sets the barometer for things to come. Its long been a song that our audiences sing a long too, and this is one that they have been asking us to release.”
