Craymo drops new song ‘Love Together’ an unapologetic noughties throwback that just wants to have fun. And honestly? It delivers exactly that.
The verses kick things off nicely. There’s a warmth to the melodies and a real throwback pop feel, think early Robbie Williams dipped in sunshine and optimism. The vocals, while not studio glossed, bring personality. They don’t feel overly polished, but that rawness actually works in the track’s favour. It’s fun. It’s human. It doesn’t take itself too seriously.
On the other hand, the chorus dances on a thin cheesy line but just about keeps its balance. It could’ve tipped a little cabaret, but instead it lands okay. Not quite the punch you expect after such strong verses, but it still has a positive charm.
Production-wise, it’s pretty good. There’s a lovely nod to the 80s in the intro. A bit glittery. The songwriting is actually solid, a sweet journey of love expression, told simply, and supported by the overall energy of the song. Although it’s not reinventing anything, and it doesn’t want to. Love Together is about feel-good vibes and dancing like no one’s watching and that’s exactly what it brings.
Overall yeah the song isn’t a masterpiece and the choruses could have just been better but if you’re craving something light, nostalgic, and fun. Give it a spin, it will certainly brighten your day if nothing else.
