Huddersfield-based indie rock/folk band, Alfie and the Avalon, is ready to release its debut EP titled “Good Old Days”. The band, consisting of Alfie on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ewan on lead guitar, Toby on bass, and Joe on drums, has been active since 2022. They have since developed a distinct sound described as “Indie Rock with Folky vibes”, influenced by early Coldplay, Billy Bragg and Sam Fender.

The EP represents the culmination of over a year of recording, releasing singles, and performing extensively across Yorkshire. As a result, it showcases a fusion of various musical influences, ranging from indie rock to folk, with the addition of brass band elements.
