Does the music from Manchester just keep getting better and better or is it just me? Dead Stilettos are bringing back that raw punk energy to the Manchester music scene and I certainly can’t get enough of it.
With an intro so gripping, it straps you in for a belter of a ride. The emotions within this tune are certainly undoubtedly some of the best I have heard for a very long time.
The vocals are mega too. As punk as they are they fit the song perfectly with a small chant throughout to enhance them. This song is giving post-punk vibes with a modern day twist and may I say I’m here for it! This band have clearly practiced hard and have a severe talent for the music they produce.
American Boy ll is absolutely a top tier tune for anyone who’s a fan of alternative genres such as dark, punk, post-punk. I do kind of get a Bauhaus vibe from this song in places, it’s underlying but it’s definitely noticeable. I would highly recommend this new band to anyone wanting to expand their music taste.
Check out Dead Stilettos now before they become huge (trust me, they will)!
