Joel Gladwell is an independent artist who mixes, writes, and produces his own tracks. Fall On Your Heart is the latest song Joel has released. With a slow tempo, it’s hard not to tear up when listening to this track!
Based in Caistor, England, Joel has been creating music for over 10 years, sharing his love for music with his followers on social media. His music is slow and heartfelt. He really puts a lot of emotions into his music – be it the vibe of the song or the instrumentals he writes, or even the lyrics and the vocals he produces, Joel never fails to put raw emotion into his song, proving how authentic he is as a artist.
Fall On Your Heart opens up with some beautiful piano, which drifts into Joels heavenly vocals. Straight away you can hear Joel’s talent shine through. The song has the same consistent beat throughout the track and doesn’t change moods or tempo. It well and truly is just a slow song which captures Joel’s amazing vocals perfectly.
The lyrics ‘I’ve been blind and now I’ve found the one I want’, which later go on to say ‘I wonder what you’re doing now, now that I can’t come around’, indicates the song could be about someone you let go and realise you shouldn’t have done that, but feel like it’s too late to get them back. This is a song a lot of people could possibly relate to and Joel has captured it perfectly. The rawness of Joel’s voice just emphasises the pain those feelings end up causing.
It is a beautifully written song, and Joel has talent which should be shared far and wide to audiences all over. So, why not check out more from Joel? He is most definitely an artist many people are sleeping on!
