NEW UK Country Rock band Long Road Revival have brought out their debut single Alright With Me and what a country anthem it is!
The three Yorkshire lads have been avid country fans for over a decade after going on a road trip to Nashville, Tennessee, which stimulated a passion which now drives their sound. Hodge, Josh, and Jake have been performing together for 18 years in previous bands such as Hitomi and Four Authors. They have produced this song themselves, highlighting the dedication and love for their music!
Alright With Me is essentially what you would expect from a country song. It has the American vocals from Hodge, tight guitar work from Josh, and hard-hitting rhythms from Jake. This band really know how to capture country fans. The instrumental of the song is consistent throughout, with a guitar solo further in. The lyrics sound like someone describing their way in life and how they tackle different obstacles they are faced with, but they are not upset with how they approach certain things. A lot of people could relate to these lyrics and find themselves enjoying the song a lot more. I do like this song as it has elements of rock and has very clean and clear vocals to it. Personally, I am not a huge fan of country music but this is a song that I could sit and listen to without wanting to turn it off, so great work guys!
The band are on all streaming platforms, you can find them on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. It seems as though the dynamic trio have a lot more instore, so checking them out now is your best option. Get streaming Alright With Me NOW!
