WE REVIEW THE NEW SINGLE FROM RYAN J. YOUNG – RIDING HARLEYS ON THE MOON

Hailing from Sheffield, Ryan J. Young presents his electrifying new single ‘Riding Harleys On The Moon’. As the title suggests, Young pays homage to his love of motorbikes, open roads and all things rock and roll.

A Powerful lick storms throughout the track which is married with an excellent vocal reminisant of AM-era Alex Turner. This is backboned by ferocious drum fills giving the track great dynamics as it is compliments Young’s thrashing chorus vocals – a thrilling combination.

Sighting influences from artists Jake Bugg, Johnny Cash, and The Last Shadow Puppets, Young bring his effortless vocal to a track that puts me on the back of a Harley riding through the Texas desert (or on the moon) – This is a solid track and is sure to be an absolute belter live.

Ryan J. Young is an exciting indie-rock artist who is made for the mainstage – bringing power and an attitude of rocks yesteryears. Definitely an artist to watch for the future as he defines his sound and keeps releasing vintage rock anthems with a modern twist.
